Trauma Release

Unresolved experiences can have a inconvenient effect on your daily life and it can prevent you from living your potential.

Serious experiences can make us take precautions to avoid something similar to happen in the future.

They become our defense against suffering and pain.

Michaela Bundgaard is a trained Psychotraumatologist-RITS®, which is a very quick and efficient way of processing and integrating previous serious experiences.

Can you say yes to one or more of these questions, then give yourself and your wellbeing top priority.

Does life hurt?

Are you stalled?

Is your fuse cut short?

Did you say yes, then consider if one or more of the below mentioned experiences are still affecting your daily life.

  • Old but serious and unpleasent experiences that still affects you

  • Long period of stress

  • Fired from work

  • Divorce

  • Death, where you don't find comfort in speaking with family, friends and colleagues

  • Accidents where you were a witness and/or know the injured

  • Accidents where you are injured

  • Conflicts where you experience unintended reactions from yourself that you don't understand

  • Places, experiences or situations you are avoiding because they trigger you

It is the sensory inputs from serious experiences we find hard to integrate alone in our lives.

Trauma Release at Heart of Chela are confidential sessions of 1-1½ hours duration and a minimum of 2 sessions with 1-2 weeks in between.
